The Eagle`s Landing offers an exceptional stay with its stunning modern farmhouse design, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience. Featuring high ceilings, ample closet space, and spacious rooms, this accommodation invites extended stays. During summer-guests can enjoy the convenience of air conditioning, while the cozy gas fireplace provides warmth during winter. Conveniently located in the heart of the Pagosa Lakes area, the property allows easy access to walking to everything.

The master bedroom and attached bathroom are on the main level with a king bed and TV.
Full well stocked kitchen and spacious dining area and barstools for visiting with the chef.
Ample seating and a covered back patio with string lights for a nice evening on the patio. Try coffee on the patio and you may be able to see the hot air balloons ascending or even landing close by.

Upstairs hosts 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. 1 with a queen bed and a vanity/desk for your working needs. The other bedroom is a King bed which is attached to the bathroom.
Bring the family or some friends and enjoy Pagosa!

Wolf creek-40 or so minutes depending on the weather
Durango-60 minutes
Rec center-2 mins or a 10 min walk (this is where you must get a fishing permit to fish Pagosa Lakes)
