We’re available around the clock, so guests can contact us anytime with questions, concerns, or anything they may need during their stay.
Winter Springs is a peaceful community in Seminole County, northeast of Orlando. Residents of the area have a lot to look forward to, from scenic hikes to luxury shopping. Lake Jesup is also a big draw to the community. Locals enjoy soaking up the Florida sun while cruising around on boats. Trotwood Park is a cool escape from the day to day stresses and includes tennis and soccer facilities.
Residents enjoy access to a variety of community amenities designed for both relaxation and recreation. Spend your days unwinding by the sparkling pool or soaking up the sun on the spacious sundeck. Stay active in the fully equipped fitness center or enjoy a match on the tennis court. The community also features a playground for added outdoor enjoyment, all within a convenient walk-up style setting that offers easy access throughout the property.
The space is bright, clean, and thoughtfully arranged with an open-concept living and dining area that feels both comfortable and functional. Large windows bring in natural light, while neutral finishes create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The bedroom offer a peaceful retreat with ample storage and cozy furnishings, while the bathroom features a spacious vanity and a shower/tub combination designed for comfort and convenience.

* Maximum of 2 pets per reservation
* No aggressive breeds
* Weight limit: 50 lbs
* $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee
* We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community
**Mid-Term Stay Prep**
We primarily host mid-term stays, though we welcome short-term guests when available.
Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed.
**Maintenance Access**
* **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.). We will always notify you beforehand if access is needed.
* **Emergency Maintenance:** For urgent issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within **[X] hours**, we reserve the right to enter the unit to prevent damage.
**Occupants & Guest Policy**
* The main occupant must match the name on the reservation
* The reservation must accurately reflect all guests and pets staying in the home
**Mailbox Access**
* Available upon request; not guaranteed
* May take up to 24 business hours to activate
* Requires a $35 refundable key deposit
**Community Guidelines**
* Please respect shared spaces and amenities
* Keep noise to a minimum during late hours
* Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas to help keep the community clean
