Beautifully renovated vacation apartment with private pool near Roussillon - 223ROU

This beautifully renovated annex for 2 is located on a mas (the name given in southern France to estates surrounded by stone walls), which is occupied by the homeowner. On the other side of the property is another holiday home for 7 people, which can also be rented if desired. The picturesque town of Roussillon is 4 km away.

From the terrace, you’ll have a view of the Luberon mountains and will especially enjoy the peace and quiet. Your own private pool (7 m x 7 m; depth 1.70 m) is located right in front of your holiday home. A grill is provided. You can park your car in front of the house in a shaded barn.

Ground Floor
You enter the holiday rental through a sliding door that leads directly into the living-dining room with a fireplace.
To the right of it, you’ll see the well-equipped open kitchen.
Through the door on the left, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed and a TV.
Next to it is the shower room with a toilet.

Mezzanine
A steep wooden staircase leads up to the open mezzanine.

Pets
Well-behaved pets are allowed upon request (surcharge of 40€ per stay, payable on site).

Good to Know
A cot and high chair are available free of charge.
Heating is provided by electric radiators or a pellet-burning fireplace in the living area. You must provide your own pellets. The homeowner’s washing machine is available for your use.
If you arrive in an electric car and wish to charge it on site, there is an additional fee of approximately 8 euros per day.
