It was a perfect place to rest after hitting the slopes. Far enough outside of town to be away from the traffic.

Cute little house in a great neighborhood!
We loved the area where this house was located. The neighbors were really friendly and it was lovely being surrounded by pines and nature! It was easy getting back and forth to Flagstaff too.

A nice cabin
The small sunroom, that isn't in the walkthrough, was a very nice place to take our breakfasts.

Cozy place
This place had everything we needed. Decent location, nice trails near by, great instructions listed in the house. Its not fancy but great value for the price and like I said for a weekend get away it had everything we needed. Wife loved the bathtub.
The place was indeed cozy. However, the amenities were not as advertised, and we had some issues during our stay, which I will discuss with Expedia, Vacasa, and VRBO.

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
This rental felt like a cozy cabin home in the pines, nothing fancy, but everything very nice and clean. The rental is managed by a big business with a lot of rentals, it seems, so text responses may have been automatic at times, and in general, a person responded to all of my questions, but they didn't know any details about the actual house I was staying in and I had to fill them in or take pictures of what I was dealing with. The biggest downside is that the water pressure in the shower is not enough to wash your hair. The bath is a glorious looking deep spa tub, but it is completely unusable due to lack of hot water to fill the bath. This should really be explained to anyone going for this rental. This was the biggest let down, as I was traveling with my daughter and my mother, and we all wanted to enjoy the bathtub. Other issues were minor, as I had a difficult time getting the door to lock based on the instructions of the house book. It was sorted out. It's about 18 minutes to drive to downtown Flagstaff. I would stay here again if they fixed the problem with lack of hot water and lack of water pressure.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Tanya.
We’re glad to hear you found the home clean, cozy, and well suited for your stay, and we appreciate your comments regarding the location and overall comfort.
Regarding the hot water and tub experience, our local team did conduct an inspection during your stay and confirmed the system is functioning as designed. The home is equipped with a smaller on-demand water heater, which means hot water flow can be affected if multiple fixtures are used at the same time. For best performance, the tub and showers do need to be run at a lower flow rate to maintain consistent hot water. This was also reviewed directly with you by our local team following inspection.
We’re sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your feedback about the instructions and guest guidance is also very helpful, and we will review how we can make this clearer for future guests.
Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
It was very clean. The driveway has reflectors so we had to be careful not to hit the when opened our doors. The bathroom sink drain leaked onto the floor. The hot water in the shower got cold when turned on the kitchen faucet to do dishes. Overall it was good. I would stay there again.

Nice little house
WiFi information we were given in email did not match what was on the book in the house. Other than that the house was good for family on 4 in a nice spot - isolated and quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and close to Flagstaff. With global warming you’re going to need to add a/c at some point. Nights were nice and cool but daytime temp hit 90.

Hi, Rebecca, thank you for sharing your feedback and staying with us. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the discrepancy in the WiFi information. We will ensure that this is corrected for future guests by updating both the email instructions and the in-home book to match accurately. We are delighted to hear that you found the house suitable for your family and enjoyed the peaceful, tree-filled neighborhood close to Flagstaff. Your suggestion regarding the addition of air conditioning is appreciated, and we will pass this feedback on to the homeowner for consideration, especially given the rising temperatures. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
