The condo was tastefully remodeled, very clean, and well stocked (we ended up cooking there a lot). It was also conveniently located with great amenities. We used the pool and hot tub several times. Overall exceeded expectations and if we travel to Palm Springs again I would make sure we stay here again.

Well stock and convenient location

A very quiet and clean apartment that is well stocked with amenities. It’s quiet, continently located near Vons and Trader Joe’s. The apartment complex has a hot tub and heated pool. I would love to stay here again!

Winter in PS

Outside lights were broken, making coming in and out at nite feel dangerous. Lock rarely worked until tried 3-4 times. Street noise most of the day and nite. Nice complex and amenities. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen for cooking. No channels on TV, dark living room.

To clarify, our online listing notes that streaming TV is offered, and guests can use their log-in credentials, but cable is not a listed amenity. We're sorry if this did not match your expectations. The lock was tested and is working as it should, and we regret the issues you had with it. Guests are encouraged to reach out if they need assistance, as our team can assist in person or over the phone. Our local manager assured us that the outdoor lights are kept low to avoid light pollution and they only turn on during the evening hours. We’re sorry if this made you feel unsafe when coming and going at night and your comments were shared with the team. The community is off a main street in Palm Springs but typically is not very noisy. We apologize for the street noise that kept you from fully enjoying your stay. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.
