We loved this house so much, we plan to come again! If you are planning to use the pool in the backyard a lot, just beware of several golf balls coming in the backyard each day. We had a couple come in when we were out there and that was pretty scary! Note that the garage is not available for use here so you have to park outside. This was just an issue for us because we would have liked to make sure our car was not going to get hit with golf balls. Safe area, loved the location, close to hiking, beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Management was not super helpful with a couple minor issues we had but we ended up figuring it all out of our own (getting the pool heat figured out and getting a mail key for our extended stay).

We loved the location of the house and the pool area is beautiful with serene views of the mountains.The house was good except a couple of things:The air condition in the master room was very noisy and strong compared to the rest of the house. All the TVs have passwords to use any app, which was an annoyance.

Championship Weekend

We were here for the Nascar Championship so this location worked out great! Was an easy trip to the track and back each day and also to other events we attended. Everything was great. You may want to let renters know about the shower that you have to pull the handle out to get waterflow and that you have to pull it hard. Also, when we were trying to resolve the water issue, we went into the garage and there were 2 cars there. Not usually what you see with a rental.
