This was a surprisingly spacious home with nice furniture! The asks from the host were reasonable and he reached out within the hour for all communications. I would definitely stay again.

The property was worn, out walls were in desperate need of paint job and looked poorly patched in places. There was dust on the ceiling fan blades, and on top of door jams and the clock on the wall, The lighting was extremely dim in most every room especially in the bedrooms. There were several bulbs missing in both bathrooms. 4 adults could not relax and watch tv in the room with the only TV the furniture was very small and the room was only half furnished. We were cold in the house Saturday morning could not get the temp to go past 70 and system made a humming noise. While running. Cob webs and dead insects greeted us around the front door and cob webs were in I abundance in several of the rooms. There are much more things that contributed to a general worn out and cheap feel of the entire place. I would not rent this property again.

I agree with your feedback regarding the uneven paint on the walls and the scratches inside the closet As for the bedroom, I installed a dimmer bulb because previous tenants complained the light was too bright. I also removed some bulbs in the bathroom for the same reason—they were simply too intense. I apologize that the heater broke down; I tried to get someone to fix it, but their schedule was too packed to complete the repair during your stay. Given that I’ve lowered the rent while waiting to carry out repairs and upgrades, can't really expect a luxury property at this price point. Regardless, I appreciate your feedback.

The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were on site at check-in to go over the nuances of the property. This house is in a great location as well.
