Welcome to the dreamlike Villa Elements – a brand new, stylishly furnished vacation home right on a freshwater canal in Cape Coral, Florida. This luxurious accommodation offers approximately 210 m² of space for up to 6 people and combines modern design with high-quality amenities for an unforgettable vacation by the water.

The open-plan living area is bright and inviting: large glass surfaces open onto the pool deck, creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. The couch with a large TV is perfect for exciting movie nights. Simply log in to your own account with the well-known streaming services. For music fans, we have installed a Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you to listen to your favorite radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: modern appliances, including an original Nespresso machine, generous work surfaces, and a cozy dining area make cooking a pleasure.

Each of the three bedrooms has a large double bed and its own TV, and the master bedroom even has direct access to the pool area and an elegant bathroom with a bathtub, large shower, and double sink.

The outdoor area is the heart of the house:
Enjoy the heated saltwater pool with whirlpool, relax on the comfortable pool loungers, or use the outdoor kitchen with large stainless steel grill for a barbecue under the stars. The west-facing location ensures that you can enjoy sun all day long and impressive sunsets over the canal.

In addition to the well-equipped house, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach accessories in the garage for your excursions.
