A spacious, airy villa situated in Cala Mendia with a fantastic view over the beach and the bay, the holiday villa Es Mirador consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television. A cot and a highchair are both available upon request. Outside, you will find a private terrace with both open and covered areas, along with a grill and a garden. The nearest supermarket is located in the centre of Cala Mendia, which is 10 minutes (800m) away on foot. There is also a modest selection of restaurants and bars in the area. You will find steps down to the beach at Cala Mendia just a couple of minutes (200m) walk away. The nearest airport is in Palma de Mallorca, which is an hour (65km) away by car.



Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

Spectacular View

Large and very well equipped finca. Very close to the beach. Excellent restaurant at the beach. Supermarket close by. I have travelled some places in my life, this is one of the most spectacular views I have ever seen.

We had a fantastic stay at villa es mirador. The photos do not render it justice - it is a beautiful and large home with a very cozy feeling. The terrace is quiet and very private with unobstructed ocean views. The AC was very efficient with 40 degrees temperatures. The amenities are modern. Elisabeth was welcoming and proud to show us around. It is very fairly priced for the quality of the product. We recommend 100% and already look forward to our next stay.

Tolles Haus aber an der Infrastruktur muss was geändert werden

Pros: Die Lage ist super Cons: Obwohl ich bei der Buchung mitgeteilt hatte, dass der Backofen erneuert werden muss, weil er nicht funktioniert, haben wir einen kaputten Backofen sowie nicht funktionierende Herdplatten vorgefunden. Wir waren im Herbst 2022 bereits im Haus und deshalb wusste ich von der nicht funktionierenden Küche. Beim jetzigen Aufenthalt meldete ich es erneut. Leider habe ich keine Antwort bekommen und gemacht wurde auch nichts. Es ist sehr ärgerlich, wenn man gerne kocht. Die Matratzen von den Betten könnten auch erneuert werden, weil sie durchgelegen sind. Aus diesen Gründen werden wir das Haus nicht mehr mieten. Es ist schlicht zu teuer für das was es hergibt. Schade.

Pros: Lage, Schlafzimmer und Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wirkt wie ein Architektenhaus. Schöne Wohndetails.
