LaPerla is spacious and made for twelve. Four bedrooms, three full baths. Two en-suite with walk-in showers, one hall bath with a deep tub. Two king rooms, one queen room, and a bunk room with two full-over-twin bunks. Clean lines and open space, a short walk to the beach. On the top deck, a firepit, wide views, and deep seating for slow nights. Elevator and golf cart available for a fee. Message me for details.
There are four bedrooms and three baths. Two rooms have their own baths. The third bath sits in the hall. The house is open and easy, with space to rest after the sun and salt.
Upstairs, the deck holds wide views, strong chairs, and a gas fire pit that burns clean at night. Downstairs, there is a long table for supper and a game of cornhole in the shade. The garage holds a golf cart for hire. An elevator, steady and sure with a 500-pound limit, runs between floors.
You will have the run of the house. All four bedrooms, the three baths, the kitchen, the decks, the patio, and the rooms in between are yours. The garage is open to you, as is the laundry room.
The elevator is available for use for a fee. The golf cart may also be rented for a fee.
I won’t be there in person, but I am never far. If you need anything, you can reach me by phone or text. For the quickest response, send a message through the platform’s messenger. I keep a close eye on it and will get back to you as soon as I can.
This is a laid-back stretch of the Texas coast where the road runs flat and the Gulf stays close. Homes sit on stilts, the breeze moves steady, and the beach is wide and open. You can drive onto much of the shoreline, fish at sunrise, and watch the sky turn red over the water in the evening.
Local seafood spots, small markets, and beach supply stores are a short drive away. It’s not crowded or flashy. It’s simple, easy, and built for slow days by the water.
In Crystal Beach, simple is best.
Golf cart
This is the local favorite. Many neighborhoods allow golf carts on the roads, and they’re perfect for quick beach runs, sunset rides, or heading to a nearby store.
Car or truck
Most people bring a vehicle. You can drive directly onto much of the beach with a permit, which makes hauling chairs, coolers, and kids easy.
Ferry access
If you’re coming from Galveston, the ferry to Port Bolivar is free and runs daily. It’s a scenic, easy way in.
There’s no Uber scene to rely on. Bring wheels, and you’ll be just fine.
The elevator runs from the ground to the deck and back again. It is built to carry people, steady and sure. It will take no more than five hundred pounds at a time, so do not crowd it. Let it work as it was made to work.
The golf cart seats six and no more. It is not meant for extra riders. Only licensed drivers may take the wheel.
-Maximum occupancy is 12 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests (guests that are on the reservation) are allowed at the house. Any visitors must be disclosed and approved by me.
-DO NOT PARK UNDER THE HOUSE. Park only on the concrete driveway. Be very careful that you do not hit the pilings with your vehicle
-Absolutely NO SMOKING, inside or out
-No parties or events
-Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property
-Do not leave out any food out that will attract unwanted pests
-Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
-If there`s any accidental damage, let me know ASAP and I`ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be. -Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours
-If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
-Please do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor, during your stay. This includes chairs, picnic tables and any and all furniture in the house.
-Grill downstairs on the patio area only. Grilling on the deck is prohibited and against Galveston County ordinance. PLEASE CLEAN THE GRILL AFTER USE •
-If you go to the beach, please rinse sand off in the shower under the house or on any of the available water hoses. Leave your sandy shoes on the deck by the front door.
-Do not flush feminine hygiene products, or anything other than what is expected to be flushed down the toilet, it will damage the septic system.
-Do not pour grease down the drains.
-If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days.
-If renter must cancel due to tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, full refund will be given. If renter must evacuate during their stay due to tropical storm/hurricane, they will be credited for all days lost.
-We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor are the owners responsible for loss or damage of personal property of renters. • By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
- The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is at visitor’s own risk.

Traveler Galaxy Lift (Passenger Lift) Rules
The lift is built to safely transport people between the ground and upper levels. It meets safety standards for human transport.
The maximum weight limit is 500 lb — do not exceed this load.
Please ensure only people (not heavy objects beyond the limit) use the lift.
Riders should stand or sit inside and avoid leaning out or placing limbs outside while it is moving.
Golf Cart Use Rules
Only licensed drivers may operate the golf cart.
The cart seats no more than six people — do not exceed seating capacity.
Everyone must be seated properly before the cart moves (no standing or hanging off).
Keep hands, feet, and arms inside the cart at all times.
Drive slowly and cautiously — carts lack many safety features of cars and can be risky at speed.
Follow local laws and posted rules if you choose to drive the cart on public or shared roads.
