Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put used towels in the shower/tub. Wash used sheets/pillow cases. Use provided laundry sheet/detergent. Failure to complete may result in a $25 fee.
Place recycling in a black bag in the garage. Bags are in the pantry. LEAVE food in the refrigerator. We will clean the refrig to keep the garage from smelling.
Turn off the gas fireplace and grill, turn off any infrared heaters. Set both thermostats as marked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful location with a beautiful field where wild animals visited. Hosts really took care of the amenities (great coffee bar). Close to Mt Airy and vineyards.
