Skøn altan lige ud til stranden.
Pros: Tæt på alting, godt cykelområde, tæt på restauranter og indkøb. Huset ligger i første række på stranden.
Cons: 4 Strandstole som kunne bruges på stranden. Bedre køkkenknive, sofabord.

Pros: Meget tæt på strand, by og spisemuligheder. Dejlig udsigt fra altanen.
Mulighed for parkering inden for aflåst port.
Cons: Der er en del støj om aftenen fra diverse spisesteder og shopping (men det er en del af pakken :-))
