Beautiful property and house. We really enjoyed our stay. There was a problem with one bedroom by the kitchen area that had no door. No privacy at all! Also, The middle bunk is too small to sit up or even move around. Overall a good experience though.

This property was incredibly disappointing for the price point we rented it at. We had 10 guests staying on site, and hosted a rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding at this location. Property advertises that it sleeps 16 (and also 25 on website?) but one of the beds is completely open off the kitchen and living room. No privacy, no closet. Our issues:1. Outdoor trash cans were completely full of trash upon arrival from previous party. Trash in yard.2. Kitchen was incomplete. Service ware for only about 4. Not enough plates, glasses, coffee cups for 16 guests. 3. Kitchen does not have complete cookware. There is currently ONE small pot and ONE mini sheet pan. It is impossible to cook meals for 16 people.4. Hot water heater is broken, water is warmish...but never gets hot.5. Air conditioner on master side of house is broken, room is HOT. 6. Only living room TV works.5. fridge freezer broken (Host did replace fridge on the second day of our stay, new one works but is a used dented and rusted unit.)6. Fountain in front does not work7. lights outside of property do not turn on8. toilet in guest bath runs non-stop so septic in yard fills and sprays water all day and night. Yard is soggy and full of mosquitos9. security chimes every time someone walks in the front door, and it is obnoxiously loud. There was no way to turn that down. 10. No exit instructions, and info that came from Vrbo and from host were different (ex: check out times)
