Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

- Sheets: Leave dirty sheets on unmade bed - Towels: Leave all dirty towels in both bathroom tubs
- Lights: Switch off all lights - Doors & Keys: Close and lock all windows and doors. Return pool key and ski Locker key to key bowl.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Other things to note:
Please no skis or snowboards inside in the condo, please use the ski locker

When it is snowing or when there’s potential to snow, please park cars in a group to one side of the lot or other to help with plowing

Wood stove is not operational and not to be used by guests.

Pets are allowed but there is a pet fee.

The pool will be closed 9/2/25 for the season

Why they chose this property

In March of 2025 my wife and I bought this condo to make our dream of having a place in the mountains a reality!

When we purchased it, it was all original from when it was built in 1992. We quickly began ripping up carpet and gutting the entire condo down to the drywall. From the floors to the ceiling to the kitchen and baths we did about 90% of the remodel ourselves putting in the blood, sweat, and tears to make this house our home
