Amazing Grace is just as it is rightfully named. Communication with host was prompt and directions very clearly stated. The property is outstanding. Well stocked kitchen, beds and bunk room beds comfortable. The pool and pool area very nice. Private drive for off street parking. The location perfect just outside of the noise of town center and 5-7 minutes walk to the beach. Great beach especially for families. This will not disappoint!!

Host was super responsive. The house is a great place for a family. We really enjoyed the outdoor space daytime and evening. The location was just perfect. Walking distance to the beach and town. We just loved it all!

The pool was pleasant. We enjoyed a day in the pool almost of our time was at the beach. We also had a grill out one night around the pool.

Cute home and an outstanding location, few minutes walk from the beach and Rosemary town center. Fantastic outdoor space. However, overall a little tired and can do with an overall refresh and deep clean up.

Incredible home in Rosemary

We stayed here with our 4 adult children and had an amazing time, the outdoor space is wonderful and so spacious for us, it was like having another home outdoors, we spent so much time outside by the pool or grilling together, I highly recommend this beautiful home, Lisa was wonderful to work with and so responsive, you will not be disappointed!!

Best house in Rosemary Beach!

This was our second stay at Amazing Grace and our 5th year returning to Rosemary Beach for the week. For the price this house is one of the best deals with one of the biggest private pools in the area, close proximity to the beach, private parking, and outdoor space. Highly recommend!

Great location!

We stayed here in July 2023 with a group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The outdoor space and pool was amazing and we loved the proximity to the beach, the sky pool and town! We had to ask Lisa questions a few times and she was very responsive. great stay and we would come back!

Feels like home

We had a wonderful trip. The house has been updated since last year. It looks beautiful! Great location! We walked to the beach everyday and would swim in the pool after dinner. Love it!

Perfect week!

We had a wonderful week at Amazing Grace. The house was perfect for our family. The location was wonderful! The walk to the beach was so easy and walkable for toddlesr and going into Rosemary was even easier. We loved having a pool and spent several evenings enjoying the outdoor kitchen area. Can’t wait to return!

Family vacation

We had a great time here. With red flags at the beach we used the pool everyday and night.. we loved the outdoors kitchen/sitting area. The location is fantastic and convenient for walking everywhere. Missed a separate 1/2 bath downstairs.. with 12 guests, two of the bathrooms are fairly small with little counter space. Beds were so comfortable and laundry washer/dryer were fantastic.

Overall a nice property and great location but was disappointed with the upkeep and cleanliness of the property. There is also a late check to allow time to clean the property and we arrived a bit early but left to allow time for the cleaning service to do their job. Unfortunately still found the outside and pockets of the interior a bit untidy (a few dirty pans and glassware that were put away), sticky floors thru out. Owner was responsive via email. We’ve stayed at many properties in RmB and this one is nice and convenient but the interior could use some love, especially upgrades with pans/pots and other housewares and a lack of amenities (no bikes, beach towels, etc), which were lacking for properties at this price point.

Perfection!!!

We loved every minute of our stay!! The home was perfect for 8 college BFF's celebrating 50! Comfy beds, beautiful decor, fabulous pool and outside living, and fantastic location! Excellent communication every step of the way with the owner. We rented bikes and chairs. No need for a car, unless to get groceries. We didn't want to leave!!

2021 Rosemary Beach Vacation

This property is ideal for family's. The private pool is one of the largest available with a rental property in Rosemary. The outdoor space is large enough for the entire family to eat and relax even when the weather maybe unpleasant, and not have to stay indoors. The private driveway behind gates added to the privacy and adds additional outdoor space for parking and bikes that are secure. We have stayed in Rosemary Beach on 8 separate occasions and this is the only house we've rented more than once.
