Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was the perfect rental for me and my husband and our two older teenage sons. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners did a great job updating this space!

The communications with the host was quick and very helpful. The unit was recently updated. Very clean. They paid attention to many of the little details that make the stay more comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Hope it is available the next time we visit the area. Noah

We had a fun time overall but from the get go it wasn’t a good experience. There is a lady who likes to micro manage the units and parking. We had a car and hauled a small utility trailer with two motorcycles. We weren’t there for more than 20 minutes before I got a text from the host saying I couldn’t park the way I was. When we were unloading all of our belongings. You are allowed one parking spot and if you have extra vehicles there is reserved spots. I unloaded out motorcycles and trailer and parked in our designated parking spot in front of the unit and parked the car in a reserved spot. Still became an issue with the one lady next door. She contacted the HOA. Who then contacted our host. No where in the rule book did they say we couldn’t have that setup. It just said no boats, jet skis, or campers. Again we just took up our designated spot and had to then take our trailer to a rv camp ground 10 minutes down the road. The host of the unit was nice enough to pay for that. Also used the parking pass provided to hang in our car and got a note from the HOA stating I had the wrong parking pass. But we was supposed to be there for an entire week and cut our trip two days short.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to hear you had a fun time overall, and I'm sorry that the parking situation caused frustration during your stay. Our community has HOA rules that are enforced throughout the property, and while we do our best to communicate those guidelines to guests, there are occasionally situations where the HOA interprets parking differently than expected. As soon as I became aware of the concern, I worked to find a solution and covered the cost of off-site trailer parking so you could continue enjoying your vacation with as little inconvenience as possible. I appreciate you recognizing my efforts to help. Guest satisfaction is very important to me, and I'll continue working to make the parking information even clearer for future guests, we've already updated the wording in our communication to include NO TRAILERS. We figured with it saying no Jet Ski's that would of been sufficient since those are transported with a trailer. Unfortunately it is out of our control on what other guests or community residents say or do. That is why we handled it quickly and directly with you. Thank you for staying with us, and I wish you all the best.

My husband and I started traveling during the winter from Ohio to Miramar Beach FL to escape the snow and cold. We loved the area so much, we decided to buy a condo.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love the Miramar Beach/Destin area. We chose Tradewinds Community because of it being right across from the beach. And the bonus is having our favorite restaurant Pompano Joe's right across the street too!

What makes this property unique

We always said if we get the chance to buy a condo in Florida, we want to make it cozy and comfortable. And that's what we did. We have a new recliner sofa, a new dining table, new king size Tempur-Pedic mattress and new bunk bed.
