Welcome to Ocean & Pine, a brand new coastal retreat located in the beautiful WindMark North community.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10):
• Primary Bedroom – King Bed
• Guest Bedroom – Queen Bed
• Guest Bedroom – Two Twin Beds
• Bunk Room – Two Bunk Beds
Enjoy the screened patio, outdoor grill, golf cart, beach gear, and high chair — all included to help make your stay at Ocean & Pine easy and comfortable.
House Rules

• Primary renter must be 23 years or older and must be present for the duration of the stay.

• No parties or events are permitted at the property.

• No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the screened patio. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.

• Dogs are welcome with a limit of two dogs under 50 lbs each. Certain breed restrictions may apply. Guests must pick up after their pets and ensure pets are supervised at all times.

• Please treat the home with care and respect. We ask that all items be returned to their original place before checkout.

• Before checkout, please help us by completing the following:
• Place all dirty linens in the bathroom
• Return all beach gear to the garage
• Place trash in the outdoor trash bin
• Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher

• Additional seating: There is an extra bean bag chair located in the closet for guest use.

• Please follow all community guidelines and quiet hours during your stay.

Golf Cart Rules

Don`t leave Windmark
Observe neighborhood speed limit of 17 MPH
Do not exceed 6 people in cart
Drivers must be 18 and licensed
Do not take cart onto beach
Ensure fully charged before using
Waiver must be signed before operating
