This was our 2nd time to PSJ as well as Windmark. We love the area and the neighborhood. The home was lacking nothing for a fun week's stay. The golf cart was super handy. I can't imagine renting in this neighborhood without one. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the screened porch was the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning and unwind in the evening.The location was excellent—just a short ride in the golf cart to the beach and close to great restaurants and local attractions. The hosts were responsive and made check-in and check-out very easy.We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made the home feel welcoming and comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again!

First, this is a brand new house with brand new furniture. It’s extremely well decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The golf cart is great and an absolute must for getting around. Being pet friendly was the most important thing for us as this is one of the only pet friendly beaches on the gulf coast. The host even had items for our kids waiting and that was an extremely thoughtful touch. For the neighborhood, there is no street parking allowed and much of it is still under construction. If you have a trailer, be sure to coordinate at one of the storage lots in town. We would highly recommend this property and will absolutely stay here again.
