Super spacious home on a third-of-an-acre lot in a settled, sunny county neighborhood! With the mountains as a backdrop, this 2,700 sf spot will house your whole family or group of friends who can enjoy these Three bedrooms and 3 baths,
And Max 4 cars, not on the street at any time! Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;
occupancy is limited to the maximum for a max of 8 guests (children under five not in the count) between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Your kids can play in style in its 300+ sf bonus room. Close to downtown, this amazing location is welcome you in a family-safe Tahoe neighborhood, quiet hours start at 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM permit # 073067 TOT# T64411
