If you are considering this property go for it. We took four grandchildren, their parents, and ourselves. The layout of the home is fantastic for family gatherings, with a split bedroom layout and a living room and den that give adults and children their own areas. All beds are king-sized, linens are nice, and towels are plush. Bathrooms are large, and one great feature is that the ensuite bath/toilet area can be accessed from the pool area, preventing wet feet across the house. The location is perfect in a very quiet neighborhood but close to everything. We went to Crystal River, Rainbow Springs, Weeki Wachi, and Homosassa with just short drives, and Publix and Target, are five minutes away. Bob and Paula, the hosts are phenomenal. We all enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood. Great experience and we will be returning.

The perfect property for our getaway!This was honestly a perfect fit for my group and dogs. Bob was extremely accommodating and flexible for us. We were traveling with three kids and our dogs for memorial weekend and were looking for somewhere close to rainbow river. We found places to eat , fish and get groceries close by. The house is awesome and full of character , neat art pieces and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make meals. The pool is a perfect place to unwind at the end of the day and the mattresses are so comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet , on a golf course but not so stuffy to where you are uncomfortable walking around. The house is so comfortable we will be back for sure. Bob is quick to respond and really made the trip as easy as possible . Thank you so much,The Gonzalez Family
