LOCATION:

Las Palmas 3 is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic.

Cap Cana is an exclusive gated resort community offering 24-hour security and world-class luxury. A favorite hideaway for discerning travelers and celebrities, this Caribbean paradise features pristine beaches, Punta Espada and the NEW Las Iguanas championship golf courses by Jack Nicklaus, and endless opportunities for relaxation and adventure.

Enjoy Juanillo and Api Beach Clubs, gourmet dining, beach clubs, tennis and paddle courts, Lago Azul water activities, and the renowned equestrian center.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right close to the resort - 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

NOTE: You’ll have two 6-passenger golf touring carts included with the villa rental for transportation inside Cap Cana.

THE SPACE:

Las Palmas 3 is a newly built (from 2026) 10-bedroom, 10.5 bath, 2 -story villa with private pool, Jacuzzi, and lots of great outdoor spaces.

Step through the grand front door and into the welcoming living-, dining-, and entertainment area with high cealings and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The downstairs bar and entertainment area with pool table and air hockey will quickly become your favorite place to enjoy lively evenings with your friends and family.

Outside, the stunning private pool with spacious Jacuzzi, promises both relaxation and wow-factor. The tropical garden provides a peaceful ambiance and privacy for your vacation.

Each bedroom is a private retreat, with luxurious bedding, ensuite bathrooms, and quiet views of tropical gardens or the sparkling pool. You’ll find a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, and al fresco dining spaces for intimate dinners under the stars.

The villa`s minimalist and clutter-free interior invites relaxation and comfort, setting the stage for a comfortable and unforgettable vacation experience.

THE BEDROOMS:

Las Palmas 3 has 10 bedrooms. The primary bedroom is located downstairs with direct access to the pool area, and the remaining 9 bedrooms are all upstairs with balconies.

All Twin bedrooms can be converted into a King bedroom, i.e. 2 Twin beds can be combined into 1 King bed with a comfortable mattress topper. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, TV, closet with a safe, and ensuite bathroom with rain shower and Hans Grohe fixtures. Each bedroom upstairs has a private balcony and the bedroom downstairs has direct access to the pool area and terrace.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The Spanish- and English-speaking butler will serve drinks, food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an Spanish- and English-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
