The property was as advertised and then some. Location, location, location! Literally two blocks to Central Avenue and all the hustle and bustle of downtown and only one block to the Convention Center. Parking was more than adequate, both on the property parking lot, but also on-street parking was available, as well. For two people, the one bedroom was perfect. The rooms were spotless, but it is a brand new property so one wouldn't expect otherwise. Communication with the host was superb throughout our stay. The only knock I have (and it's not really a knock) is that there isn't a television in the bedroom. I found that surprising. Ended up watching Netflix from my computer in the bedroom. When we return to Hot Springs, we'll definitely stay in this complex.
