Consider this condo your home away from home while you visit Carolina Beach. This brilliant space features two bedrooms, each with a king bed, and two bathrooms equipped with showers and bidets for added comfort. Guests can relax in the peaceful living room, which includes a sofa that converts to a twin bed with a push of a button. The condo was just recently renovated with all new furniture and a custom gourmet kitchen. Ocean & beach views from the living room, master bedroom & covered back deck. Beach access is steps away from the property with having the beach in the back yard. The property offers a private salt water pool that is fenced in and a BBQ to the right of the building. The condo offers a wonderful blend of convenience and comfort, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave both parking passes on the kitchen island. HOA charges $100 to replace each pass. 2 parking spots.
Remove all food items from unit and inside the refrigerator and freezer. Take trash to the dumpster located at the front right of the property that is fenced in.
The deadbolt that has a # lock to gain access must be locked when leaving but do not lock the bottom front door handle when leaving and only while in the unit since that requires a key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time is observed between the hours of 10:00PM-8:00AM. No unreasonable noises, loud TV’s, stereos, instruments, parties, and activities.
visitors shall not at any time or for any reason whatsoever, enter or attempt to enter the roof or the pool equipment room of any building.
No occupant may keep or store any flammable, combustible, or explosive fluids, materials, or chemical substances except for normal household use

Dane was a phenomenal host! Very kind, helpful and communicative. The property is beautiful and extremely clean! The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the beach is just steps away, it's perfect. Very close to everything, yet quiet and plenty of privacy, couldn't ask for a better stay. Highly recommend this spot, we will be booking again in the future!

Was an amazing location, beach front access newly renovated condo, and amazing communication from the host. The place was very cleaned, we just ran into a maintenance concern that needed to be resolved which was done quickly especially for it being a holiday week. I would definitely go back.

What a beautiful place at the beach, the view was outstanding. The convenience to the beach was just a walk away. We stepped right onto the beach. There is a shower right outside to clean off, which was very convenient. The property was very clean, spacious beautifully remodeled. Bedrooms were perfect size. Beautiful kitchen able to cook with a full fridge. Our host supplied extra toiletries. The host also had extra chairs boogie boards if we needed them. The pool was very nice as well clean. Would book again.

This condo was an absolutely wonderful spot for our getaway to Carolina Beach! The location could not have been better—literally just steps from the beach, with spectacular sunrise views right from the balcony. The condo itself was beautiful, comfortable, and completely updated. The kitchen is truly a dream, and the cabinets were stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. It was so thoughtfully equipped and made us feel right at home.Our host was absolutely amazing! We were provided with clear, helpful instructions, and any questions we had were answered almost immediately. The attention to detail and exceptional hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a better experience at Carolina Beach. We would highly recommend this condo and would absolutely love to stay here again!

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because of the location and the beautiful views. It’s perfectly set in the middle to where it’s close enough to walk to everything.

What makes this property unique

It was recently updated with tile floors throughout, blue Italian marble in the bathrooms, custom gourmet kitchen with large island that seats 6 or more, double ovens, and spa like bathrooms with custom shower doors. Both bedrooms have a memory foam king bed that I put mattress protection on along with all of the pillows. All rooms have a large flatscreen TV with Spectrum Cable and streaming access. High-speed Internet is offered during your stay. I also added a filter at the water heater to filter the water for the bathrooms and the kitchen.
