Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at this house. When we arrived, we were greeted with an overgrown lawn. The lawn person showed up 2 hours into our arrival to mow. On top of that, we were mostly disappointed to see the pool, which was filthy. This was disappointing most of all because we booked this house because it had a pool. When we arrived, there was a pool vacuum attempting to clean the inside of the pool. The fountains of the pool did not operate and were full of mosquitoes and other insects. While the pool was tested and safe to use from a chemical perspective, it was unclean which was very upsetting. It did not appear like the pictures we saw. None of the overhead lights surrounding the pool worked and none of the lights in the pool worked. Additionally, the hot tub was unusable. When the jets went on, it filled with bubbles like a bubble bath. We tried to get the bubbles to dissipate and they would not. We followed all instructions and directions of the hot tub. Because of this, we did not get to use the hot tub. The cushions in the enclosed patio were covered in stains. When we did sit out there, we covered the cushions with towels which was not enjoyable. On the inside of the house, the upstairs bedroom had two mattresses hanging out of the closest with one that had a urine stain covering the front side that was hanging out of the closet. Additionally, the house was unclean and in disrepair.
