Enjoy this studio unit, comfortably sleeps 2, with kitchen, 1 queen size bed, 1 full bathroom. This studio unit is close to many great Austin destinations like The Domain, FC Stadium, and restaurants. Only a 15 min drive to downtown.
You're welcome to use serving dishes, dinnerware, cookware, washer & dryer. Free wifi and street parking.

This lovely studio unit is on the second floor, the entry is located on the left/back side of the main residence, then accessing through 2 stairways.

No pets are allowed. We will ask guests to leave the unit for violating this rule, and guests will lose the entire booking amounts.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take your trash bags out to the provided trash bin by the left corner of the back wooden fence.
Please set the AC to 75° or the heater to 68°, and turn off stove, oven, and all the light features before you leave/checkout.
When you leave/checkout, please exit thru the front door, then press the lock button on the keypad from the outside to lock the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
