We are a smoke-free/drug free property (including cigarettes and marijuana) and the unit rented is a pet-free zone in consideration of allergies. Guests have access to a gym, kitchen, and small living room area. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or stepping out to explore, the space offers a fabulous retreat after a day of adventure. Experience what Colorado Springs has to offer with a stay at our home.

*Please note that the gym/rec space is shared, but the rest of the unit you will have to yourself. You will have your own private room, bathroom, kitchen, couch/TV, and outdoor sitting area!

*If children are in the unit, they will need to be supervised at all times due to open space areas, wild animals, outdoor areas without rails/fences, and breakable/reachable items in the unit. ONLY ADULTS ALLOWED IN THE GYM.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We kindly request that shoes be taken off while in the unit in order to try and keep the rugs as clean as possible.

Would 100% stay here again if I revisited Colorado Springs. Quiet place with close proximity to both shops and attractions. Host were easy to communicate with, and well as enjoyable to have a conversation with. Clean with a well stocked kitchen, privacy,, and did not break the bank. There is no better feeling than the one of knowing you got what you paid for. So glad I booked to stay here.
