The well-maintained private pool (approx. 7x3m) offers the well-deserved cooling off after a long tour. In the kitchen you will find our full standard: sharp knives for picnicking in the countryside, high-quality pots and a reliable dishwasher for a relaxed evening.

Located within reach of nature trails. The property is securely fenced and dog-friendly, so your four-legged companion can also relax safely in the garden after your outing.

Schönes Haus mit Verbesserungsbedarf

Das Haus ist sehr schön, nur müsste sich mehr gekümmert werden. Das neu renovierte Bad hat keine Klimaanlage. Wir waren im Juli da, da bekommt man fast einen Hitzeschlag nach dem duschen. In dem unrenovierten Bad ist die Dusche so klein, dass man die Tür aufmachen muss wenn man sich bücken möchte um an die Füße zu kommen. Der Wasserdruck war so schwach dass man den Schaum nicht aus den Haaren bekam und den Sand nicht vom Körper. Die Klimaanlagen stanken nach Essig wenn man sie anschaltete( ein Zeichen dass sie gewartet werden müssen und Bakterien verstreuen) nachdem wir es gemeldet hatten, wurde ein Duft reingesprüt, dann roch es erst nach dem Duft und dann nach Essig. Gewartet wurden sie nicht. Wenn Werbung gemacht wird für das Mitbringen von Hunden, sollte man bemerken dass man zumHundestrand eine lange Strecke laufen muss. Der ist allerdings selbst in der Hochsaisong wunderbar leer. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist bescheiden. Für 6 Personen nur ein mittelgroßer Topf im Schrank. Wir mussten auf 2x Nudeln kochen. Die Sicherung fliegt beim kochen ständig raus, sollte man die Klimaanlage anhaben, eine Herdplatte und den Bachofen. Renovierung des Bades und mehr Wartung der Klimaanlagen. Sicherungen verstärken

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum sechsten mal im Carmen 3. Wie immer sehr schön und gut. Dieses mal gab es im Hauptbad eine neue begehbare Dusche ( statt der Badewanne). Einen etwas umgebauten Freisitz. Alles in allem noch besser wie in den Jahren davor. Für uns mit Hunden Perfekt gelegen. Fällt mir momentan nichts ein

Casa un poco por debajo de nuestras expectativas

Ya nos alojamos con Marisol el año pasado y debo decir que la casa de año anterior era mejor, aunque más pequeña. Esta casa es grande, tiene 2 baños, una cocina y comedor amplios La nevera era un desastre total, no enfriaba y tuvimos que tirar toda la comida, aunque Beatrice fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo, pero toda la semana que estuvimos alojados tuvimos problemas. El último día mi marido se golpeó con la pata de la cama, ya que el paso es muy estrecho, y se fracturó un dedo del pie, ahora tiene que estar en reposo 21 días....
