The view at this location is amazing. We loved every morning sunset and the walk to the beach was super easy. I would agree with other reviews that the stairs can be challenging. If you have small children or elderly, this is not your place. The outside is beautiful! Absolutely stunning to sit outside and enjoy the view from the pool and lounge chairs. I would definitely rent this home again!

The property was very nice. However, I would not recommend for small children. The yard basically drops off into the ocean and large rocks. There is no barrier wall and there are no steps down to the ocean or beach. This could be a very bad setup for active, curious small children. Also, the spiral stairs inside the home are very narrow and steep. Not a good setup for toddlers. Beautiful property but best for adults or adults with older children.

We visited the property mid-July. The view and outdoor amenities were excellent and just as advertised. Location was also great. A few things should be made more clear in the description. First, two of the three bedrooms are downstairs and the only internal means of going between the levels is a very narrow spiral staircase. Someone with smaller children may not find the situation ideal. Further, the washer/dryer is also downstairs - doing laundry was difficult with the stair situation. Second, there is a house being built one house over from the property and a fairly busy public hangout/fishing spot directly next door. You will have noise and people nearby when outside. This issue is noted in the description but be aware there is no beach off the back - it just drops into the water. These weren’t deal breakers, but just trying to make everyone aware. There were a number of issues, however, that we found unacceptable for a property at this price. The internet did not work for approximately half of our week stay. That was a problem because the tv service is streaming only. The door code stopped working and then began working intermittently. A piece of bread was left in the oven from previous stay hidden under bottom tray. When we tried using it to make dinner, the bread caught on fire and smoke alarms went off. Ruined dinner that night. That should have been caught by cleaners. On the plus side, the property management service was extremely responsive and tried their best
