The house is close to many hospitals and 8 mins from National Harbor and MGM, with lots of restaurants and entertainment.12 mins to Old Town Alexandria; 20 mins to DCA; 8 mins to Congress Heights Metro (Green Line), 10-20mins to DC.

Extra person: $300/person/month
Cleaning fee: $150/3 months (cleaning lady comes once per month and at move out)
Pet fee: $300/3 months for 1 pet, additional $150/3 months for any additional pet
