This property was wonderful; exactly as described and in a great location in Orange Beach. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and so convenient being on the first floor. View of the beach and pool was wonderful and we were only steps from both. Our host was quick to respond to all our questions and check in was very easy. We hope to be able to stay here again.

Ground floor is the way to go! Right outside your patio doors is the pool and you have a beautiful ocean view.There was plenty of dishes to use to cook. The water was hot. There is a Walmart close by. We really enjoyed our stay!

The ground floor unit is super nice. Being able to walk right out to the pool or ocean with no waiting on the elevators was the best part. The only negative was both spare bedrooms were hot, However, the host was easy to contact and was very responsive with any of my questions or concerns. We would stay in the unit again.

Great ground-level condo! Easy access to the beach/pool/ parking area. The set up was wonderful for our family of 5. Owner/Manager is great to work with and quick to respond. Would highly recommend this condo!

Property was as expected. Nice and loved its location. My only complaint the refrigerator was not clean so I cleaned it before we put food in it .

The ground floor unit was just as it was featured on the inside and included a spacious patio with a wonderful view of the pool and the beach. The patio furniture was ample and comfortable. The utility closet contained everything needed for a wonderful beach experience: umbrella, chairs, boogey boards, and sand toys! Accomodations were spacious for 5 adults (husband, myself, and 3 20-something children). Check in was easy and check out instructions were minimal and very easy to attend to. We would stay at Jeff's property again! Grocery stores, souvenir shops, mini-golf, and arcades were close by, but we really didn't want to leave the beach.

The best memories were made for my son’s senior baseball tournament at this rental. The room was excellent. Great location. Easy access to pool and beach. This was our favorite rental in Orange Beach and we will be back. The host was super accommodating and easy to contact. Rental was Very clean in fact my husband left the cleaning service a cash tip on the island as we walked out to leave. 10/10

Firstly, the owner was incredibly communicative even texting and responding outside of business hours prior to the trip. The condo was great but what really made it spectacular was the ease of access to the pool and the beach!! Just a few steps to the pool and a few more to the beach. This made the trip so much more enjoyable than fighting for an elevator or being a pack mule trying to get to the water. 10/10 recommend. I’m a bit picky and this was 100% a gem.

Was pleasantly surprised! It is even nicer in person than the pics. The 1st floor made it very convenient for the pool, parking and beach access. I will definitely recommend this condo in Summer House and hope to be back soon.
