The house itself is great and the resort very nice. Unfortunately the listing is misleading when it comes to the actual cost of the stay.The listing highlights the pool as one of Bayside’s most popular amenities and states that “guests can enjoy optional access to Bayside’s incredible resort amenities,” but nowhere was it made clear to us that accessing those amenities would cost an additional 280 for a family of four.We were also surprised to discover after booking that bed linens were not included and would cost another 199. The linens are simply delivered, not even installed on the beds.Our initial rental cost was 1,434, so discovering after booking that we needed to spend almost 500 extra for resort access and basic linens significantly changed the economics of the stay.The home itself is very nice, and we enjoyed it, but transparency matters. Had these additional costs been clearly disclosed upfront, we may have made a different booking decision.Future guests should be aware of these substantial additional charges when comparing the price of this property with other rentals.
