In the village of Caprezzo, located about 4 km below, there is a bar/trattoria and a small shop for daily necessities. You’ll find large supermarkets and shops in Verbania. Thanks to its exceptional location in the heart of a nature reserve, this house is ideal for recreational athletes and active holidaymakers who want to step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a while and reconnect with themselves. Right from your home, you can explore the stunning landscape of the Caprezzo region on over 20 marked hiking trails and enjoy ever-changing views.
