The home features three well-appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space to relax. The primary suite includes a comfortable work desk, a super cozy king size bed, and a luxurious feeling ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, making it easy for guests who need to mix business with leisure
With two separate living areas, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Perfect for relaxing and watching a movie, we also have a game room with a pool table creates the ideal spot for friendly competition and evening fun.
The home also includes both a formal dining area and a cozy breakfast nook, making it easy to enjoy meals together whether it’s a quick morning coffee or a full family dinner.
Step outside into the private enclosed courtyard, a charming outdoor space perfect for morning coffee, evening wine, or small gatherings with friends and family.
Whether you're visiting for a golf tournament, family reunion, holiday gathering, or an extended stay, this home offers comfort, space, and a welcoming atmosphere for your time in East Texas.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire townhome, including all living spaces, bedrooms, the game room with pool table, and the private enclosed courtyard. Parking is available at the property for your convenience.
Please note that access to the Cherokee Ranch Golf Course is not included with the stay. The Cherokee Ranch Golf Club charges $45 green fees Tuesday - Thursday, & $75 Friday - Sunday. They also have Pickleball Which is $10 Pay to Play.
