About this property

This is a 1 bedroom 2 bath condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. It is on the 11th floor. The condo has very comfortable furnishings in the living room and bedroom. The sofa/sleeper is new with a 7 in orthopedic mattress. There are hall bunk beds that will sleep 2 small children. There is a large flat screen in the living room with a blue ray dvd for your enjoyment and a medium flat screen with dvd in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, toaster, coffee pot, blender etc. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, The complex has indoor/outdoor pool and BBQ area. It is centrally located and is close to shopping and dinning.

Master Bedroom has one queen bed.
This unit also has a queen sleeper sofa.

PARKING: Reservation total includes 1 parking pass which will be provided at Sugar Sands Realty when you check in.

Very satisfied

The room was clean and as advertised. Great veiw from the balcony. Had a shower by the pool to pre clean off before returning back to our room. Easy access to the ocean. Losts of stores and places to eat near by. Was just pleased with everything and we plan on returning next year.

Great location and place to stay

The property was clean and we definitely enjoyed our experience. The location on the beach was perfect for us and we were in close proximity to everything we needed! Highly recommend!

OMG! Never again

We were very excited for our first trip to Orange Beach. When we entered the room, it didn't appear to have been cleaned, the floors felt very dirty. Once we got up the following morning, my wife found a bedbug crawling around her face. We pulled the blankets down, and found blood on the sheets, that was not from either of us. We called the property management and he assured us he would fix the situation. First he asked if we would hang out at the beach for six hours, with two small kids and the wind, it wasn't an option. He agreed to put us in another room, under the impression we would stay put. Two days later, we were asked to move back. We had just come in for the evening and another bedbug crawled across my pants. Once again, I'm having to pack and move my family out of an environment that isn't healthy. We had to get our three year old and five year old up and move them to a hotel in the middle of the night. This is not acceptable. It's been a horrible experience all the way around.
