Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
The trash and recycling barrels are next to the detached garage (April to Nov) and down at the main road (Dec to March). Our barrels have duct tape on them.
Please wash your dishes, there is a drying rack under the sink.
There is a hamper in the bedroom closet for dirty linens.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
