The balcony is on the side of the building opposite of the OC Waterpark for a quieter experience. Perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine outside.

- 1 king size bed in the bedroom

- 1 full size sofa bed in the living area

- 1 assigned covered off-street parking spot underneath the building on the ground level

- Private outdoor covered balcony accessible from the bedroom

- Pool and hot tub open 10am to 6pm daily (May to October), weather and staffing permitting

- Four (4) Ocean City seasonal beach tags

- Elevator with wheel-chair accessible ramp on the ground level for stair-free access to the unit

- Onsite coin-operated laundry

Two (2) night minimum outside of the summer season (1/1/26 to 6/26/26 and 8/29/26 to 12/31/26). Seven (7) night minimum (Saturday to Saturday) during the summer season from 6/27/26 to 8/29/26.

Must be over 18 years of age to rent and check-in. Adults under 25 years of age are permitted with parental consent and parental contact information.

No pets allowed by the Home Owners' Association ("HOA").

No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the building property per the HOA rules and regulations.

No cleaning fee, but we kindly ask that you leave the unit in the same condition as it was upon check-in. Please remove all trash upon check-out and place in trash and recycling bins located in the parking garage.
