Golf at PGA level golf courses nearby, hike the Cumberland State Park, horseback ride at nearby East Fork, or hang out on the cathedral-ceiling style enclosed back porch - relax and enjoy! Our property features a barn for rent for those traveling with horses - maximum 6, 2 stalls, a lean-to and 7 pastures/paddocks. Electricity and running water in the barn. Proof of coggins, proof of vaccines, signed waiver and additional fees apply.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip the linens from the beds and leave at foot of bed. Kindly start one load of sheets or towels in the washing machine prior to departure. Pods are available for your use,
Return furniture to the order it was found in both inside and outside. Empty the smoke bucket once confirmed all butts are extinguished, into the garbage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Time: our home is in a neighborhood and we value the relationship we have with our neighbors. Please no loud noises after 9 pm.
Stay out of woods, bring own firewood, no flammable materials will be used in fire pit.
Smoking is allowed outside only,. There is a butt bucket on the back porch. Kindly dispose of butts in the bucket and not around the property.
