Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. 3nd upper floor: lounge with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 185 cm). Exit to the terrace. Large terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house, no parking. Smoke alarm.
