Future Generations Guest House is a beautifully restored Victorian home with lots of character located on the Main Street of cozy Franklin, WV. Perfect for a large group or family gatherings, with eight bedrooms featuring six full beds and two twin beds, guests have plenty of space to relax and recharge. Four bathrooms make mornings easy and convenient for everyone.

The Future Generations University Guesthouseis within walking distance to local amenities and historical sites. The town is also close to many outdoor recreational attractions—North Fork hiking trail, Spruce Knob, Nelson Rocks, Seneca Rocks, and Seneca Caverns, to name just a few! The South Branch of the Potomac River runs throughout the area and offers excellent kayaking and fishing opportunities.

Whether you’re here to explore or just kick back and unwind, this awesome home offers a great base for your stay. You’re sure to make fantastic mountain memories with a stay at The Guesthouse.

We just needed a place to stay for one night. The home is on Main Street in Franklin and close to restaurants and a great coffee shop - ELEVATED Coffee Shop.I would recommend staying at this home.

Had 3 families staying with a total of 18 people and we all had a blast. Plenty of space for family fun and solitude when needed. The home was a nice size and very clean. Fun home to spend time together and hang out. Check in and out was easy, host was very helpful. ACs and fans kept it cool and towels were super comfy/soft.
