It was a wonderful experience. Our hosts were extremely welcoming, and were very helpful in getting us set up and explaining everything we needed to know. The decor is adorable (lots of chicken puns!) and it was a perfect spot for our overnight stay. Adorable dog on the property was an added bonus!

The mobile home was roomy and comfortable, in the woods a minute or two from Rt 17 (easy to find), with the added beneft of free roaming chickens (outdoors, of course!) and helpful hosts. It's an hour from Binghamton, and much more reasonable than hotels in Binghamton during graduation!

It was a dark and stormy night . . . and Mario and his wife went out of their way to make sure I found the place and arrived safely. They are exceptional hosts, and the camper would be hard to beat for in terms of both cost and location for anglers fishing the storied waters of the Catskills, as I was.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad your stay didn't turn into the opening chapter of a mystery novel. 😄 It was our pleasure to help guide you in on that dark and stormy night, and we're thrilled the camper was a great fit for your Catskills fishing adventure. Around here, we try to make sure the only thing getting lost is the fish that got away! We truly appreciate your kind words and hope you'll cast a line our way again soon. Safe travels, and tight lines!

The RV is quite comfortable. We had all we needed. The hosts even bought us smores when we said we had forgotten to purchase them at the market. How sweet is that? The RV is located on the property next to the owner's home, which made us feel safe in an unknown area. Both the owner's home and RV however? are close enough to Hwy 17, that you can hear the traffic, BUT the hospitality of Mario and Harley far exceeded our expectations that the noise was of little consequence. :)

The description is exactly what it is. It was a very nice, well kept trailer with a very comfortable bed and plenty of room to move about inside. Environmental control with air conditioning when needed was spot on. The internet was available, although I personally didn't use it much and all the amenities of home were at your fingertips. The owners are on property in a house just across the yard and I have to say there was little to no unrequested interactions between us. The hosts Mario and Harley are awesome people. Harley met me shortly after I arrived and asked if there were any special requests etc... I personally came up to skywatch and they made every effort to make the property as dark as physically possible. The views were awesome and the local amenities were all you could ask for. Thanks again Mario and Harley.

The camper was very nice and clean. The hosts were wonderful and very attentive to all our requests. They even invited us out for s’mores one night. I wasn’t quite aware of how close it was to their property. I didn’t look at the pictures fully out the window of the camper. Due to a cancer diagnosis we just had other intentions of a little bit more privacy of our own fire pit and grill.
