Amanda’s place was perfect for our visit to Blue Hill. The location was convenient to the center, Farmers Market, Blue Hill Fair, and all the wonderful sites in the area.

Summit Sanctuary was a comfortable stay with easy access to the greater Blue Hill area. The apartment was pleasant and had everything but access to a washer and dryer for our longer 10 day stay. Fortunately, the Blue Hill Laundry was just down the road. It provides an excellent wash and fold service.Parking for the apartment is right off the main country road going in to Blue Hill. It is a driveway you have to slow down, look for and make sure you are signaling as there is often traffic behind you. Same with exiting the driveway...be cautious.We did enjoy the daily visit from the local flock of turkeys. We watched them from our living room window as they hunted for bugs on the lawn.All in all a wonderful visit to the greater Blue Hill area!!

This was not listed as a basement apartment. Running water & walking from upstairs clearly audible. Fortunately weather was wonderful so we were not in the unit very much. There was confusion on the parking situation. Also we saw no info on how to lock the unit when we left each day. Almost locked ourselves out. The place was clean except for finding hair in the shower before we first used it.
