Want to stay local and not drive far for a day - drive 7 minutes to a small beach with our local lobster shack a short walk away. This is rural coastal Maine with a national park close by. So much to do right in the neighborhood - Surry Arts at the Barn right across the road, a forest meditation center also across the road, and a the Little Gallery gift shop, just down the hill. All within a five minute walk. Yup!
If you want to kayak the Activities Shop will bring it to your door or site where you want to kayak. Boat trip - lobstering, looking at the stars? Just down the road.
So, take the scenic route by going Route 1 after Bath exit, 90, 1, 15, 176 with a stop at Red's Eats for a lobster roll, or Camden for a view of the harbor. Unload in the driveway, then park across the road - UPhill at 532 Morgan Bay Road.
Hope to see you soon!.
