- Main Level: Features a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living area with massive custom windows, laundry room, garage access, guest bathroom, and a private patio deck. Includes a premium Master Suite featuring a high-end Split-King adjustable base bed (by Molecule).
- Lower Level Entertainment Hub: Discover a spacious game room equipped with a multi-game table, dartboard, comfortable bean bag chairs, and a full-size futon sofa. Features direct access to the backyard through sliding glass doors.
- Upper Level: Features a cozy reading nook with a fully stocked bookshelf.
- Kitchen & Dining Details: Includes a versatile Hamilton Beach 2-Way 12-Cup Programmable Drip Coffee Maker & Single-Serve Machine.
- Comfort: The home features central heating to keep you cozy during cooler mountain nights. There is no central air conditioning (A/C), but the cabin is equipped with ceiling fans and relies on the natural mountain breeze to cool the air during summer days.
- Privacy: Enjoy complete privacy - the smaller cabin on the property is completely unoccupied, and a barn on site remains off-limits to guests.

TRAIN SPOTTING FUN! From the private outdoor deck, you can watch the historic Polar Express and the Grand Canyon Express chug past in the distance. A favorite game for both kids and adults is trying to spot the cabin on the hillside during the train ride back to town!

- NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, NO FIRES/FIREWORKS: We enforce a strict policy to protect our beautiful forest environment.

- PET POLICY (DOG-FRIENDLY): We welcome up to two dogs weighing 50 pounds or less each! Please note the 10-acre property is not fenced; we recommend keeping pets supervised. A non-refundable $50 pet fee per pet applies.

- WINTER TRAVEL & 4WD REQUIREMENTS: The private driveway is a steep incline (382 yards long with a 68-foot rise). In winter conditions, snow and ice may be present. AN AWD OR 4WD VEHICLE IS STRICTLY REQUIRED TO SAFELY ACCESS THE CABIN IN WINTER MONTHS.

- STAIRS NOTICE: This is a multi-story, 3-floor property. Please note that the stairs do not feature child safety gates.

- RURAL ENVIRONMENT: Located in a beautiful, rural forest area. We professionally treat the interior and exterior, but local outdoor wildlife and insects are a reality of nature.

- SECURITY: For your peace of mind and safety, the property features multiple external security cameras monitoring the perimeter.
