The property description said it was a 0.1 mile walk to the beach. What they neglected to say, was that yes, the beach was a short walk, but the beach is private and you have to walk a long way to get to a spot to sit. As you can’t sit in the private are. Super disappointed

Well, I start with the check-in. Check-in was awful code was wrong. It took three days to get the Wi-Fi fixed. The listing said two minute walk to the beach to get to the sand but to get to where you can actually put your chairs up go ahead and plan for about a good 5 to 10 minute walk place was not clean. The pool was filthy and nasty property is ran down. I would not rent this from the devil himself this was by far the worst Vacation ever parking is too tight. They got too many bikes out there for people to rent to try to make money I would never rent from these people. Oh, and by the way, the apartment condo is way too small for a family of six it don’t even have a signal fan in the third bedroom. The showers are tiny. The shower curtain touches you while you’re in the showers I mean they could they can invest into an Arch shower curtain so you don’t touch you is small look at the pictures.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with check-in, cleanliness, Wi‑Fi, and the overall condition and size of the property. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and your comments will be shared with our local team and owners so they can review the listing accuracy and address maintenance and cleaning concerns. We will also re‑evaluate the description of the walk to the beach, parking, and amenities to ensure they are clear and accurate for future guests.
