An in-home elevator provides convenient access between levels, making it easy for guests of all ages to move throughout the home. The outdoor space is designed for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful lake setting. Take a dip in the heated pool spa, unwind on the covered patio overlooking the water, or start your morning with coffee outside while the lake comes to life. Your stay includes access to an array of resort-style amenities in the community, including tennis and basketball courts, pickleball, and sand volleyball. Just minutes away, the renowned Legends Golf Course and scenic Inks Lake State Park invite you to explore the outdoors, whether you prefer hiking, biking, or simply soaking in the natural beauty.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please respect your neighbors and quiet times.



Getting Around:

We recommend bringing your personal vehicle for getting around.

Features Description

• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.



• There is a doorbell camera that overlooks the front of the house.



• Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down to respect our neighbors.



• Age: All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.



• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.



• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers. All trash must fit completely inside the dumpster, and the lid must be able to close fully.



• Pets: No Pets Allowed: Please note that any pets brought onto the property without prior approval will incur an unauthorized pet fee of $500 per pet.



• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge $25 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.



• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.



• Parking: Parking spaces are located directly across from the unit. As community parking is limited, Each home may park up to 4 standard passenger vehicles.



• Boat Dock & Boat Ramp: Guests are welcome to use the community boat dock located in front of the pool to temporarily dock their boat during their stay.

Important Trailer Parking Information: Boat trailers, trucks with trailers, and oversized vehicles are not permitted to remain inside the community after launching.

This property does not provide trailer parking. Guests are responsible for arranging off-site trailer parking or storage if needed.

• Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden on the entire property- inside & outside, and all trash needs to be properly disposed of.



• We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not signed. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager Guesty.



•Guests are not permitted to tamper with any pool equipment unless specifically noted in writing and if any tampering occurs without permission they will incur a fine of $600 or more.



• We can host a maximum of 8 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.



• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.



• We look forward to hosting all our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, giving special attention to high-touch areas, using commercial grade anti-microbial agents, and having bed sheets and bath towels professionally laundered between each guest stay.



• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. We understand that last-minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however, we are required to uphold our owners' cancellation policies in order to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in the business. Please book responsibly and we appreciate your understanding.



• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.



• Please note that we do not accept package deliveries at the property. Any packages sent to the address may not be received, and we cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced items. We recommend making alternative arrangements for package deliveries during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.



• Please note that we’re using a residential refrigerator, which can take several hours to cool, especially if it’s fully stocked.



Interaction with Guests:

We encourage our guests to communicate via their booking platform! We are typically very responsive on the platform and will answer quickly. If there is a time sensitive matter, guests will be provided a phone number as well after booking.
