This trip was our first experience with Vrbo. The property was up a mountain with beautiful scenery despite the winding road. The condo was clean and decorated very cute. The host communicated check-in/check-out info in a timely manner. We only had a few minor issues, with a light out and a few extra towels would have been great.

Overall great stay. Just a couple of hiccups. Our key pad to the door would not work, and it never got fixed during our stay. We just used the key. Garbage disposal did not work and the previous people had clogged the sink. Overall great stay comfortable and spotless and that’s what is important.

The property was clean. The hot tub was unavailable, the host did not provide code for the clubhouse area. Communication was adequate but AI…. Not super helpful. The property is all the way in top of a mountain, not safe to drive at night… roads narrow, cell reception spotty.
