Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern

Ferienhaus in einer typischen Ferienhaussiedlung, strandnah gelegen. Ich achätze aus den 70-80ern, die Wohnküche wurde sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. Das kleine Bad hat allerdings seinen alten Charme behalten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Aufgrund einer Nachtspeicherheizung wird es im Keller (wo großes Duschbad, Sauna und Heimkino sind) nur marginal warm. Im Hochsommer bestimmt super. Unsere Kleinen mussten sich jedoch in Decken einkuscheln, wenn sie im Heimkino nicht frieren wollten. Im großen Bad im Keller wurde kluberweise ein Heizstrahler installiert, damit man nach dem Duschen nicht friert. Die Wendeltreppe zum Keller ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und war für unsere 3-Jährige noch gut machbar. Für Krabbelkinder oder welche, die gerade erst Laufen lernen aber etwas gefährlich. Hier bräuchte man ein Treppengitter. Die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Garten wunderbar eingewachsen. Große Terrasse mit Grill. Ein Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer für kältere Tage ist auch vorhanden. Die Sauna funktioniert einwandfrei. Insgesamt empfehlenswert, aber für Kinder zwischen etwas 9 Monaten und 2 Jahren unserer Meinung nach eher nicht die richtige Wahl.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im Haus Asgaard. Es hat alles gepasst. Gut ausgestattet und eine schöne Terrasse mit Garten. Ideal auch für unseren Hund. Nicht eingezäunt, aber dicht bewachsen. Fragen konnten schnell mit dem Hausmeister geklärt werden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder . Abwicklung über Topline hat auch wieder reibungslos funktioniert.
