There was a bad gnat problem, which really bothered me. Every time I showered they were coming from its drain at times and when I sat down to read or whatever they pestered me constantly. This is personal preference, but I did not enjoy waffle towels and there was a need for more hand towels. So was not thrilled with this location.Lovely to look at but needs some changes.

Hi Joyce, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for staying with us for 8 nights. We are truly sorry to hear that gnats impacted your stay. We take pest control very seriously with regular scheduled maintenance, but because we didn't hear from you during your stay, we unfortunately weren't aware of the issue. Had you reached out, we would have gladly had our pest control service come out right away to treat the drains and resolve this for you immediately. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the towel preferences and stock—we’re always looking for ways to refine our amenities to ensure our guests are as comfortable as possible. We appreciate your compliment on the home's aesthetics and wish you all the best in your future travels!
