Enjoy it all while relaxing in this new, built 2024, 3-bedroom house in Swansboro. Charming neighborhood, close to everything Swansboro has to offer. The space features 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, perfect for families or groups. Yoga room/office with balcony. With 4 bathrooms, guests can enjoy plenty of privacy and convenience throughout their stay. The house stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. A hair dryer and iron are also available to make packing light and easy. This lovely home offers a nice balance of comfort and practicality. Plenty of free parking & 2 car garage. Front porch and back porch. Enjoy your time in Swansboro at our amazing house. -5 minutes to historical downtown Swansboro. -4 miles to new Carteret Health Care - Cedar Point Healthplex, coming fall of 2027. ***Monthly rentals available upon request, with special rates. Sorry, no pets. NO SMOKING, vaping, etc. on property!

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Return 2 keys to lock box.

Set AC to 75 in summer. Both thermostats. Set Heat to 65 in winter. Both thermostats.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Keep AC 72 or less Keep heat @ 65 when checking out.
