Welcome to Apartment 14 in the Windjammer building!<br>This apartment, which was modernised in 2022, offers the perfect base for your family holiday on the Baltic Sea!<br><br>Up to 4 guests can relax comfortably in this inviting 47-square-meter space on the ground floor. The apartment welcomes you with a bright entryway featuring a coat rack and plenty of space for suitcases and holiday clothes in the 4-door closet. <br><br>Next, the interior shower room features a lighted mirror cabinet, a sink with vanity, electric ventilation, a heated towel rack, a cosmetic mirror, an outlet, a shower with a fixed shower screen, and a wall-mounted toilet.<br><br>In the open-concept living, sleeping, and dining area, the new double bed (160 × 200 cm) ensures restful nights. The large couch is perfect for spending time with the whole family. A TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi are available for entertainment as needed.<br>The fully equipped built-in kitchen features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, egg cooker, and a full range of amenities for preparing and enjoying meals.<br><br>At the round dining table with cantilever chairs, you can enjoy meals with a view of Heiligenhafen’s inland lake, host game nights, or start planning for the next day of your holiday.<br>From here, you can step out onto the furnished balcony with a magnificent view of the lake, where you can soak up the sun from noon until evening. A patio umbrella provides shade when desired.<br><br>In the children’s room, the little ones sleep exclusively on the new, high-quality bunk bed. For an undisturbed afternoon nap, the lake-view window can be darkened with a roller shade and blinds. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.<br><br>Attachment:<br><br>The “Windjammer” house on Steinwarder offers you the perfect starting point for your holiday by the sea: <br>Surrounded by the Baltic Sea and an inland lake, Steinwarder is ideally located for all water enthusiasts. You’re less than 200 metres from the sandy beach and the promenade. All you have to do is cross a street (speed limit 30 km/h), follow the promenade path, and you’ll find yourself standing with your feet in the fine beach sand. The 6-story apartment building was constructed in a modern architectural style and offers each apartment a balcony with a northeast view of our beloved Baltic Sea or a southwest view of the beautiful Heiligenhafen inland lake. <br><br>Each apartment has a free, assigned parking space available behind the building or across the street. This space is marked with the number of your holiday apartment. Bicycle racks are available in front of and to the left of the building for your bikes. You’re also well connected by public transport: 50 metres to the right of the building, you’ll find the “Hauptstrandweg” bus stop.<br><br>A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is located on the ground floor. You can reach the upper floors via two separate stairwells and an lift.
